It advises the Chief Executive, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China on the principles and the criteria to be adopted in formulating policy and arrangements to control post-service employment, and on all applications for post-service outside work from directorate officers.   Back To Top Terms of reference I.
